Join our team! We are currently accepting applications for athletic training opportunities. Our athletic trainers are responsible for working together with our athletic departments, coaches, physicians and medical staff and community to build strong relationships and ensure you are offering the highest level of care for each athlete you interact with. Our Athletic Trainer duties include prevention, evaluation, documentation, education, immediate care, referrals, coordination of care of athletic injuries and communicating with coaches, athletes and their parents.
Our Athletic Trainers may also have a role in the clinical setting. The Athletic Trainer may perform initial patient assessments and screens, educate patients and family as directed by supervising physician, prepare injections for physicians and physician assistants, perform splinting and casting under physicians orders, and performs cast and suture removal.
We are looking for a team player who can multi task, can thrive in a fast pace environment, possesses time management skills, is efficient with computer skills, has a positive attitude and the desire to develop your skills as an Athletic Trainer.
Required Qualifications:
o Bachelors of Science degree in Athletic Training
o Certification by the Board of Certification of the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification and appropriate state licensure that is current and in good standing required.
o CPR certification
o Licensed in the State of PA
o Ability to pass background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
