```Duties```
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
- Conduct tax research and provide recommendations for tax planning strategies
- Assist clients with tax compliance and reporting requirements
- Analyze financial statements and identify potential tax savings opportunities
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information for tax preparation
- Review and interpret financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficient in financial analysis, financial report interpretation, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Experience with financial services software such as Quicken, Sage, and QuickBooks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
