We are currently seeking a Community Outreach CREW member, who has knowledge in the pediatric home health industry, as well as, an established relationship base within the surrounding area.
You will play a key role in helping us build our key patient referral relationships, be able to identify potential referral contacts and business opportunities, and to explore and gather knowledge about current market conditions.
In this role you will also work closely with the internal therapy department to develop and enhance case loads for our current and potential therapists. This will include working with our Insurance Authorizations to maintain up to date insurance changes.
Additionally, you will serve as point of contact for trade shows, conferences, and other meetings where the RiverKids’ presence is requested. One of your main focuses is to grow and maintain professional relationships with Case Managers, Social Workers, Nurses, Administrators, Physicians, and other referral sources of in-home care services.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline; experience in designing/developing various types of marketing materials; experience specifically in the non- medical home care and/or home health care industries or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- As scheduling happens, you may be required to work an occasional weekend for specific events
- Due to the nature of the job, you will commute to various locations 50-75% of the work week.
- In compliance with company policies, you will have to have and maintain a safe driving record within the company standards
