We are looking for an Office Assistant "Construction related" to organize and coordinate office operations and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Must have a positive and enthusiastic demeanor and work well in a strong team environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
Organize and schedule customers appointments.
Organize office operations, scheduling and procedures.
Keep relationships with builders, vendors, service providers, work directly with the office manager ensuring that all services/jobs are scheduled in a timely matter.
Provide support to visitors and always provide excellent customer service.
Assist in the daily full-time operation of our company .
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience - minimum of 1 year .
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills since must to deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Strong organizational and planning skills. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of office etiquette and telephone protocol needed as well.
