Switchyards is the world’s first neighborhood work club. We're creating places to do our best thinking and most productive work. Near home. Around friends and neighbors. Always open — 24/7.
Based in Atlanta and venture-funded, we’ve created a new consumer category for the future of work. With big plans to open work clubs across the country, we are becoming one of the iconic brands of our generation.
In our next phase, growth = oxygen. This exciting chapter will blend the best of scalable hyper-local growth with our distinctive Switchyards brand. We’re on the hunt for a Web Designer and Front-end Developer to own our web experience.
We are looking for a driven and creative Web Designer and Front-end Developer to 1) own and activate the Switchyards brand across our website and 2) creatively problem-solve to improve key aspects of our website (e.g. checkout process). You will work closely with our creative and growth marketing teams to shape the design strategy for the web, tactically execute this strategy, and ultimately improve the revenue and lead-generation elements of our website. You will be responsible for perfecting the experience that current and prospective members have on our website – educating, inspiring, and driving sign-ups.
Our ideal candidate has experience in both design and front-end web development, understands great branding, brings fresh ideas, and is excited to own our website as a key growth channel for Switchyards. This position requires exceptional design skills, outside-the-box thinking, and insane attention to detail.
