Job description (5 hours shift)
The receptionist is the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organization. The receptionist will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Receptionist Job Duties:
- Greet persons entering organization.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
- Take and relay messages.
- Provide information to callers.
- Direct persons to correct destination.
- Deal with queries from the public and customers.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Process Invoices (Sort/Code) as received and filing.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Handle customer complaint calls, and address them with managers tidy and maintain the reception area.
- Update company directory monthly.
- All other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma
- Administrative Support-1 year of experience
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Keyboard skills
- Ability to work a switchboard
Job Type: Part-time
