Business Development Representative Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Experience in a leadership role overseeing a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners
- Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Business Development Representative Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of business development representatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Identify and direct business development opportunities to expand the organization's presence in the healthcare market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, referral sources, and potential clients.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to educate and engage potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, sales activities, and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates on market trends and competitor activities.
Pay: $200,000-300,000 including commission
