Job Description
The Warranty Coordinator works with the operations & sales team to provide support services to Artisan’s existing customer base. The primary objective of this position is to provide exemplary service to our customers in a way that enhances the customers experience and loyalty to the company. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that is vital to Artisan’s mission.
Job Responsibilities:
● Schedule warranty jobs while being mindful of the job length, customer availability, & job location
● Create all warranty appointments for the field crew’s calendar, including address, contact info, contract details for scope, material info, job files, and customer notes
● Receive and process customer inquiries related to warranty by creating a customer record, job folders, logging communication, and assigning to the appropriate service personnel
● Communicate issues with customers PV system to the service technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving the issue
● Process warranty claims & equipment following the respective manufacturers warranty process
● Submit RMA tickets, receive faulty equipment from field techs and ship back to manufacturer, send reimbursement information to the finance team for warranty reimbursements
● Track all warranty jobs from start to finish
● Review monitoring sites and respond to alerts; notify customers when necessary
● Track labor hours and materials for billable service work and submit to the finance team for invoicing
Skills & Qualifications:
· 1-2 Years previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
· Strong verbal communication and comfortable on the phone.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Familiarity with solar energy or a willingness to learn about the industry.
· Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Compensation:
· Part Time Up to 30 Hours per week-$23-$25/hour.
