Our Customer Service Team Members provide World Class Service to all inbound and outbound calls from our customers supporting their reservations needs. In our fast-paced, exciting environment, your day will consist of various call scenarios ranging from researching resort destinations, booking vacation reservations, providing answers as needed to any process related questions, and more. The greatest part of the role is that you can assist our customers with booking the best vacation experience! – you will be a professional at it all!
We're in need of an energetic, organized, well spoken individual with dynamic experience in an office/call center setting. Looking for a sharp and reliable individual with good communication and multitasking skills.
Pay Information
$10.50 to $13.00 Per Hour DOE
Essential Functions

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with reservation requests and perform all other Club Services functions
- Provide World Class Service on all calls
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints through proper research, identify solutions and take ownership
- Maintain a working knowledge of all resorts, company policies, procedures, products and services
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
- Willingness to work flexible schedules that varies according to business needs
- Adhere to assigned shift schedule and break and lunch schedules
- Attend and complete all required and compliance training
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Proper phone etiquette
- Problem Solving Skills
- Amazing Customer Service Skills

- Ability to work under pressure
- Data Entry Experience
