Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Property Administrator to join our team. As a Assistance Property Administrator, you will be responsible for following the direction of the Business and Property manager in a variety of settings including ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service to tenants.
Duties:
- Meeting Vendors.
- Light bookkeeping.
- Help conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with company standards
- Assist in coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and vendors
- Assist in the maintainance of accurate records of property expenses, income, and maintenance activities
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and address their needs
- Proficient in using property management software, Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
