A HUGE OPPORTUNITY & CAREER DEFINING ROLE FOR A MOTIVATED, TENACIOUS, & AMBITIOUS LEADER
We're seeking a Director of Sales with at least 5 years of experience in sales management, coupled with a proven track record in direct B2B sales. Experience in managing and selling to commercial property clients is essential. Key responsibilities include managing the sales team, achieving personal sales targets, and forging new relationships in the commercial property market.
This leadership opportunity is poised for personal and professional growth. You’ll be involved in all strategic planning and key decision making, you’ll have the chance to build and lead a sales team your way, and you’ll have the promotional track to grow into a partner.
This market is ripe for expansion, particularly in the commercial sector. We need a visionary leader to unlock this potential, guide a skilled team, and drive success in one of the largest commercial hubs in the country. That's why we are looking for you!
YOUR DNA
- You are a leader - of people, of ideas, of successful initiatives and strategies.
- You are self-motivated, a goal setter with a growth mindset, have a results-driven attitude, and have a relentless enthusiasm for expanding reach into new opportunities, markets, and networks.
- You don’t just know the sales game - it’s part of your DNA. Whether you’ve watched the Pursuit of Happyness, the Wolf of Wall Street, or any other movie about the sales hustle - you’ve related and got goosebumps when they close the deal.
- Speaking of closing deals - this is your superpower. You can sell ice cubes in a snowstorm, sawdust to a lumber mill, and most especially a high-level service agreement to large corporate partners. And you do so with quality, service, trust, and establishing deep partnerships.
- You know that sales is a game and it can be a hustle - but you know that it’s best won through relationships and a strategic approach. As such, your successes have come from strong market planning, creative initiatives, purposeful campaigns, persistent networking, and most importantly, building strong relationships with everyone along the way.
- And for everything you know about sales, you’re just as good (maybe even better) as a sales teacher. As such, you are a true people-first business leader. A strategist, a coach, a vision caster, a problem-solver, and someone that builds the playbook, calls the plays, and leads the team to the win.
- You know that being a Director of Sales is a challenging role but you not only aren’t afraid of it, you embrace it and love everything about it. That it will get messy. It can be stressful. It’ll be competitive. It is based on making wins and overcoming losses. And it’s not just about you too. It’s leading other motivated people to achieve common and individual goals. You’re not just confident - you are ready, willing, and anxious for a role like this…not to prove anything to anyone…but because it can be so rewarding and it’s the perfect environment for YOU, your personality, and your career goals.
