```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the financial services market
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and timely updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Utilize Salesforce or other customer relationship management systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with project management tasks as needed

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Knowledge of account management principles and practices
- Sales experience is a plus
