Position Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care
- Greeting and checking patients in
- Reviewing and collecting consent forms with new patients
- Coordinate patient appointments and therapies; including scheduling, rescheduling, and appointment reminders
- Verify personal and insurance information; ensure patient documentation is complete and accurate
- Obtain insurance authorization for treatments and/or procedures if applicable
- Confirm patients are invoiced accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist patients and caregivers with billing inquiries and payment options
- Confirm patient appointments via phone and email
- Serve as a liaison and advocate between patients, caregivers, and medical professionals
- Provide patients and caregivers with relevant information such as referrals, treatment options, and self-care
- Accommodate patients and caregivers to ensure a positive patient experience
2. Inventory Supply Management
- Ordering office supplies, medications, supplements.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and secure records of stem cells, resources, and equipment
3. Data Collection
- Ensure patient and medical professional data is correct and complete
- Encourage patient participation in questionnaires and surveys
- Provide clear, concise information as required
4. Administrative
- Maintains secure, accurate, and timely records
- Clearly and consistently document patient information
5. Communication
- Critical thinking
- Ability to analytically relay information and results
- Collaboration with other researchers, scientists, and professionals
Other
- Compliance with confidentiality, health and safety, and quality regulations
Knowledge and experience
- Office Administration experience. Experience in a Regenerative Medicine setting preferred.
- Experience within a clinical setting is mandatory
- Attention to detail and organization while multi-tasking.

Pay: $20.07 - $21.19 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
