About Us: Our team is seeking an exceptionally organized Administrative Assistant to join us. This position starts as part-time with the potential to transition to full-time in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Filing Systems: Maintain and organize digital files, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.
- Financial Support: Entering and analyzing data in financial software programs. Managing personal expenses and company accounts payable.
- Communication: Engage in clear and effective communication with vendors and tenants regarding rental repairs and municipalities concerning property matters.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle routine office duties, such as answering phones, composing documents, and updating the calendar schedule.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Organization: Demonstrated ability to manage digital filing systems efficiently.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn new skills and accept new responsibilities as the position evolves.
- Financial Experience: Familiarity with QuickBooks and Quicken software.
- Strong Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Vendor Communication: Comfortable speaking with vendors about repair-related matters.
- Property Management: Familiarity with tenant management.
