We are looking for an outgoing communicator to work along side our warehouse and design team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and directing messages to our staff
- Data entry for in stock and custom orders
- Overseeing day-to-day scheduling and routing of deliveries
- Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Knowledge of furniture construction and processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
