- Minimum 5 years HVAC service experience. (Working in both residential and commercial applications with multiple makes / models)
- Clean driving record (Stoudenmire provides company trucks)
- Ability to pass a HVAC knowledge and competency exam
- Familiarity with technology (We use a cell phone / tablet app for our dispatching / work orders / and quotes.)
- NATE Certification a plus, but not required
- Looking for someone self-motivated and willing to learn and grown in this ever-changing industry. We are not looking to micro-manage our staff. We expect you to be able to run calls as they are dispatched and to handle follow up, including ordering parts, talking with the customer, and notifying office staff of any additional scheduling needed.
Job Description:
- Running basic maintenance service checks as well as standard diagnostic calls and repairs.
- Ability to properly diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
- Ordering parts for repairs and following up with work orders.
- Interacting with homeowners / contractors and providing quality customer service.
- Completing work orders with detailed reports of findings and repairs made.
- Reports directly to company owner as well as to office manager for daily updates and direction.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
