Duties
- Administer vaccinations to patients as directed by healthcare providers
- Assist with patient service and care, including taking vital signs and recording patient information
- Provide medical administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Perform basic medical procedures, such as diagnositic tests (strep tests, COVID tests, etc)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment
Experience
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
- Experience working in a hospital or medical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Proficient in medication administration and basic medical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
