WHAT WE PROVIDE: For qualified entry level applicants who are accepted into our comprehensive training program, we provide free training certification on both the leading CRM service professional program and top rated communication platforms. You are not required to hire on with us to gain these valuable skills sets as the training program is apart from our position offerings. HOWEVER,
To be qualified for the position you must complete the training benchmarks and proficiencies as well as homework and attendance requirements.
TRAINING - INVESTING INTO YOU: Training should not exceed 40 hours but has been done in as few as 30 including prep work. You must show up on time fully prepared for each session. Maintaining excellent attendance is critical as we are paying to provide the program and support staffing. (Please note: Amount of time to complete training is dependent on your input and retention abilities in fulling the required benchmarks as this is a self based program). Upon successful completion of the pre-entry certification benchmarks, and qualifying for the position, we will make you an offer for a paid position with our company. We provide tremendous on the job training specific to our positions as well as supports once hired as well as compensate you for your time invested in growing your skills. Upon accepting our offer of employment and meeting proficiencies in the new skill sets new hires are eligible to submit for review to get their first bonus. (Usually within 7-10 days of hire dependent on performance.)
BONUS!!!: We offer a post sign-on training bonus to those who successfully complete the pre-job certifications and benchmarks: $1000 payable in two payments to full-time candidates. The first bonus is a training bonus of $500; eligibility is dependent on sustained competencies and attendance. This is our way of investing back into you for your efforts and choosing to come work for us after the training program. The second bonus is an attendance and training bonus of an additional $500; eligibility is dependent on sustained attendance and completion of your 90 day probationary period.
This position begins at $10-$12/hr wage. After the probationary period you will receive reviews and raises will be based upon your performance. We offer additional earning potentials and professional development opportunities. We only hire from within so everyone at the top started right where you are now.

YOUR HOME & TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:
As a remote, work from home position, you do not have to purchase a car or fancy wardrobe, you simply need a strong reliable technology base, and positive attitude.
This job requires:
- Direct plug-in ethernet access to reliable high speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 2mbps Upload and 20 mbps Download speeds
- A dedicated separate quiet home office to take calls and work uninterrupted from family or home life.
- Up to date computer with minimum 16 GB RAM (Preferred 16GB) (Computers older than 2yrs will not work)

SUMMARY OF CSR OFFICE DUTIES * This position reports to the Dispatch Office Manager
- Receive customer calls inbound
- Address customer questions and or concerns
- Paraphrase a brief summary of conversation.
- Accurately document needed details
- Organize the schedule according to outlines provided
- Master prepared phone scripts
- Make outbound calls to assist customers who are requesting our services
- Follow established best practice protocol
- Navigate online meetings whether planned or impromptu
- Other duties as needed- training provided
Non-negotiable Requirements:
A qualified applicant must have……
Effective written, verbal, and grammatical communication in English
Typing proficiencies and minimum speed requirement of 55 WPM
Pleasant, helpful and calm disposition
Strong simultaneous transcription skills
Ability to enter information while maintaining a light friendly conversation
Proficiency in navigating online platforms similar to those found in Google Drive
Docs/Spreadsheets/ Email/ Calendar
Trainable on new web-based software
Must be able to multi-task and think “on your toes”
Confidence to make decisions independently within the scope of the job
Must be available to work shifts M-F 8-5pm (or variations during this time frame)
Flexibility to accept additional hours as CSR substitute when needed if available.
Compensation: $10/hr, with a future range of $10-12 for CSR. Promotions and raises are available after proven proficiency in the CSR I, CSR II positions.
Eligibility for bonuses are based on company growth and job performance.
Handling between 50-100 inbound and outbound calls per day with professionalism
