- Processing and reconciling vendor and customer disputes, posting chargeback credit card charges, maintaining documentation of chargebacks, and updating revenue reports when necessary
- Assist financial manager to resolve merchant disputes associated with a previous transaction and analyze cases of chargeback fraud
- Investigate disputes, look for documentation of a purchase, determine whether there was fraud, and validate the chargeback if appropriate
