Position: Technical Support Engineer - Service Management

2. Solid object-oriented programming skills in Java and JavaScript: Proficiency in both Java and JavaScript programming languages, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
3. Experience working with dynamic HTML components such as CSS and XHTML: Familiarity with creating and styling dynamic web content using CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and XHTML (Extensible Hypertext Markup Language).
4. Working knowledge of ServiceNow Platform: Understanding of ServiceNow, a cloud-based platform that provides solutions for IT service management, IT operations management, and IT business management.
5. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL: Hands-on experience in working with relational databases, particularly MySQL, including querying, data manipulation, and database design.
6. Linux and/or UNIX experience: Proficiency in using and administering Linux and/or UNIX operating systems.
7. Working knowledge of the components in a web application stack: Understanding of the various technologies and components involved in a web application's architecture, including front-end, back-end, and database components.
8. Angular experience preferred: Familiarity with Angular, a popular JavaScript framework for building dynamic web applications.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems: Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
10. Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service: Dedication to delivering high-quality solutions and providing excellent customer service.
11. Ability to work with high-value customer administrators and developers: Capability to collaborate and engage effectively with administrators and developers of high-value customers, possibly in a support or consultancy role.
