*HYBRID* SQL Developer
Direct Hire 1099 or W2 only.
The client is not offering subcontracting for this position.
During initial training, this position will be on-site in Enon, OH. After the initial training has been completed, this job can be Hybrid with a WFH schedule.
May need to work occasionally for after-hours production support issues.

Requirements:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Analyzes, reviews and alters programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements; writes or designs new programs- Collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure customer needs are met by reviewing requirements
- Reviews project requirements and develops design solutions; documents
- Oversees unit and integration testing of solutions; makes recommendations accordingly
- Writes documentation to describe program development, logic coding and corrections
- Performs analysis related to software design, development and testing
- Maintains positive working relationships with internal and external partners
- Works with team lead to monitor project progress and provide status updates
- Identifies and implements/recommends corrective action if the project goes of schedule
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP)
- Completes other duties, including special projects, and after hour support, as assigned by Management
MUST-HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
5 + years of SQL Developer experience and supporting in-house applications in a deadline-driven environment- SQL Server 2008 experience required
- SSIS and SSRS experience
- Database tuning
- Previous experience developing in Retail Services
- Follow database development standards for Microsoft enterprise and application databases
ADDITIONAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
Oracle SQL experience- .net experience
- Experience with full application development life cycle process
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing dynamic environment
- Data Automation

EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+Years
