- The part-time availability need for customer service will be 9AM-Noon 5 days a week. We operate 7 days a week.

Required Skills:
- · At least 18 years of age.

Basic Job Description:
Agent Customer Service performs all aspects of airport & passenger service functions including:
- making reservations, preparation & issuance of tickets & itineraries, computation of fares, issuance of refunds, checking baggage, collection of excess baggage charges.
- providing passengers with general travel information; meets aircraft at gate or loading area, performs duties in the departure lounges or at boarding gates when enplaning & deplaning passengers.
- checks passenger ticket for validity and lifts appropriate coupon, completes all necessary arrangements for accommodating passengers holding reservations, standbys & their luggage.
- determines flight close-out time and prepares, completes & checks various flight forms for accuracy, invalidates tickets & completes post-departure procedures.
- performs lost & found activities.
Airport Ramp Agent performs all duties outside on the ramp:
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload luggage from aircrafts and other vehicles.
- Sort luggage according to destination.
- Ensure that all luggage is properly tagged and labeled.
- Inspect luggage for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Operate baggage handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
