RESTAURANT MANAGER
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing a high-energy bar team to serve quality food, cocktails and beer with impeccable customer service while adhering to Beer Park’s standard of service. This position will ensure that the FOH team operates smoothly from staffing to service, while also assisting, managing, and creating a top-notch hospitality and service environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable being a hands-on and active manager - with guests and the team. This role reports to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all operations for the venue.
Being visible in the operation, actively participating in service and daily operations.
Selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching all employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
Controlling labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, inventory, and cash control.
Taking ownership of guest concerns and requests while acting decisively to ensure guest satisfaction when issues occur.
Performing pre- and post-service checks to ensure that staff are adhering to all operational and health standards and they are exceeded/met.
Overseeing quality/consistency of food and beverage, maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
Arranging preventive maintenance for the venue as necessary.
Performing open and closing procedures for the venue and ensuring completion by staff.
