Fabco Industrial Services provides filter media, parts, and services to help maintain industrial baghouse and dust collection systems. We manufacture filter bags and filter cartridges at our facility, which allows us to respond quickly to our customers' needs.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to add to our team as an Office Assistant.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Answer customer calls, emails and faxes
- Confirm pricing on customer POs received
- Process work orders for Cartridges and Filter Bags
- Work with production to meet customer deadlines on work orders
- Arrange outgoing shipments via LTL carriers, Fed Ex, or UPS
- Prepare shipping labels
- Prepare crew paperwork for upcoming service calls and/or change outs
- Invoice work orders and send to customers
- Update reports on service work performed and prepare final report based on service crew’s notes
- Prepare estimates for salespeople
- File unpaid invoices, vendor payments, and estimates
- Match customer payments received to corresponding invoice and file
- Any other functions or duties as assigned by management
- Previous experience in an Office Customer Service related role
- Previous work in a Manufacturing setting a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to be flexible and manage changing duties
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Strong attention to detail
- Well organized and has ability to plan, prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent Excel, Word and Outlook skills
- Capable of lifting 30lbs on a frequent basis
- Assist with Inventory Control

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
