Inside Sales Representative
The DESS Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, driving current customer growth, and closing sales deals over the phone or through virtual communication channels. This position requires a results-oriented individual with excellent communications and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the products or services offered by the company.

DESS (Dental Smart Solutions) is a global restorative dental products company. Our main manufacturing facility is in Barcelona, Spain with distributors worldwide.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead Generation
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Utilize various tools and databases to identify and qualify prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads generated through campaigns.
Outbound Sales Calls
- Initiate contact with prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Maintain routine contact with top existing customers to expand relationship and revenue opportunities.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company’s products or services.
- Build rapport and relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and challenges.
Product Knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position the company’s offerings.
Sales Presentation
- Conduct virtual presentations or demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of products or services.
- Address customer inquiries and objections to move them through the sales funnel.
Quota Achievement
- Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Keep accurate and up to date records of customers interactions and sales activities.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track customer interactions, leads and sales activities.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress to the sales team and management.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing team and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Feedback and Improvement
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to contribute to product and strategy development.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training and professional development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Business or Marketing Degree preferred.
- Dental Implant Industry experience preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong Communications and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Travel:
- Computer, phone, and related equipment provided.
- All business expenses will be reimbursed.
- Travel: Less than 10%
Schedule:
- Candidate should be based in the Central Florida area.
- This position will start as remote and change to onsite with consideration of doing a hybrid option. Candidate needs to be flexible with remote and onsite request.
- Must be available Monday-Friday between 8AM – 5PM
- Available for periodic Trade Shows (Friday-Saturdays).

Compensation:
- $40,000 annual salary in addition to commission structure up to $24,000 annually (paid quarterly).
