Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant to help with rental properties including small apartments, houses and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure smooth operations including leases, coordinating repairs, general management of properties.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the owner
- Assist in data entry and maintaining records
- Aid in customer service inquiries and issue resolution
- Support outside lease activities and marketing initiatives
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Assist in record keeping, coordinating with tenants, coordinating necessary repairs with vendors
- Utilize Quickbooks, Excel and Word for documentation and reporting
- Contribute to market research activities
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Quickbooks and data entry
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of retail math principles
- Quickbooks
