Position Title: Receptionist FLSA: Non-Exempt
Position Summary
At Wannamaker Crimmigration, we're searching for a Receptionist who will not only represent our organization as the first point of contact for clients at our Atlanta office but also provide top-notch administrative support across the board. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and engaging, ensuring the seamless flow of people through the business. We expect the selected individual to fulfill all reception responsibilities accurately, delivering high-quality results emphasizing timeliness.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival at the office.
- Guide visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies ( pens, forms, and brochures).
- Provide accurate and relevant information to visitors and callers in person, via phone, or email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries promptly.
- Maintain office security by following safety protocol, monitoring the logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Keep calendars updated and schedule meetings as necessary.
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations for employees when required.
- Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a related role.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to cater to our diverse clientele (highly desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Hands-on experience operating office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
- Maintains a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourcefulness and proactiveness in addressing issues.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Customer-centric service attitude.

Education/Experience:
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Experience in a law firm setting, particularly in immigration or criminal law, is highly advantageous.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
