Behavior Analyst Needed

What you will do:
- Collaborative with a multidisciplinary team which includes psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, physical therapists, and special education teachers
- Participate in transition planning
- Conduct in-services on relevant as requested by program leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide and revise treatment which is directed toward the achievement of optimum patient/student function.
- Create effective and efficient data collection systems and use data to assess progress and to guide ongoing treatment.
- Provide supervision to staff working toward board certification in behavioral analysis.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) – “What you will need”:
- Education: Master’s degree and 2+ years of post-certification behavior analytic experience required.
- License/Certifications: Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst required.
- Experience: Experience working with individuals with developmental disorders including children with autism and intellectual disability.
