Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and office management.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Minimal phone responsibilites
-Flexibility in schedule is a must
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Coordinate projects and events as needed
- Help with room turnover between patients
- Support medical office tasks as required
Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with medical procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Receptionist will also receive employee discounts on all services we offer (Morpheus8, Hydrafacial, Chemical peels etc.)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
