Knute Nelson Walker Methodist (KNWM) is seeking an experienced Chaplain to join our vibrant and dedicated spiritual care team. The Chaplain will provide pastoral care to residents, families and staff through worship, counseling, visitation, education, special programs and end of life care at Walker Methodist communities. This position will support Timber Pines (Pine City), Rushseba Station (Rush City), Levande (Cambridge) and Plaza Gardens/Cityview (Anoka).

Minimum qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required
- Master of Divinity degree or equivalent preferred
- Ecclesiastical endorsement for specialized ministry and four or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) preferred
- Board Certified Chaplain, Association of Professional Chaplains preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provide chaplaincy care to residents at assigned communities.
- Plan, write, and present floor and chapel memorial services.
- Respond to community crisis needs.
- Facilitate regular gatherings within communities for spiritual enrichment and learning.
- Organize regular chapel services, preach, arrange for substitute preachers, arrange for musical support, prepare bulletin, and provide effective communication with service participants.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
