The ideal Operations Supervisor is quality-focused and delivery-driven. She / he is highly organized, has broad technology aptitude and skills, thinks and leads from a "systems & processes" perspective, understands the importance of documentation, and thrives on efficiency where details matter. You'll work in a small team, friendly, casual office environment.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Required: Employee Leadership & Management: Minimum two years of direct management of service staff for a services company or comparable people management experience.
- Required: Service Delivery: Demonstrated ability to oversee and optimize scheduling and staffing.
- Recruiting & Hiring: Screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding new employees.
- Broad Technology Aptitude & Exposure: Proficient in diverse range of applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, payroll, CRM, scheduling/dispatch systems, customer satisfaction rating system, etc. Tech savvy, solid technical aptitude desired.
- Positive mindset and “can do” attitude with great problem solving skills and proven ability to strategically prioritize tasks to ensure happy customers and engaged employees.
- Education Required: your intellect, resourcefulness, work ethic, prior work experience and emotional maturity matter the most; trade school and/or college degree is a plus but not required
- Work Site: One-way commute distance of 20 miles or 45 minutes or less to our offices located near Lindbergh area. Monday through Friday day time only. No nights, weekends, or holidays.
Compensation is salary plus bonus in the $45,000 - $55,000 total compensation range depending on previous experience. You’ll have exciting growth potential as the company continues to grow and be rewarded with a salary based on your experience plus bonus potential, paid holidays, and PTO. Profit-sharing and/or equity stake is a longer term potential.
