Responsibilities:
- Render history and physical evaluations on all patients.
- Complete daily and weekly patient rounds based on the patient's level of care and acuity.
- Provide medication management as needed, including ordering, educating, and monitoring withdrawal protocols.
- Order and review labs as needed.
- Assist with pharmacy matters as needed.
- Effectively communicating with patients and other healthcare staff to manage patient care.
- Work with the treatment team when referring patients to other physicians or appropriate resources when and if needed.
- Maintain appropriate records relating to all professional services rendered.
- Manage medical emergencies within the facility.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director, providers, and the care team to ensure all patients receive proper care, treatment, and services.
Required:
- Licensed and Certified in the State of Massachusetts.
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse certification (FNP or CNP preferred).
- Active DEA License.
- 2-5 years of experience treating behavioral health patients suffering from mental health and substance use disorders.

2. We are seeking one provider to work 3-4 weekdays for 5-6 hours per shift.
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
