ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
The Server is an active and energetic key to the guest experience. The Fire Dancer of our Cirque, a Server must possess all of the skills required of the Host and must also maintain in-depth knowledge of all the menus offered. A professional and relaxed - but never casual - approach to service is required; the Server performance is both choreographed and free-form, incorporating the arts of balance, spinning, and illusion all at once. The ability to read a guest and quickly modify ones approach to fit expectations is essential. Selling and engaging with guests on our menu in a manner that allows guests to feel taken care of, “treated,” or special is required. While some guests prefer less interaction with the F&B team, we never skimp in this element of service.
