Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM
Purpose: To effectively monitor and service purchase orders and customer orders using ISO and company standards and procedures in a warehouse setting.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain and process customer orders using company software.
- Daily data entry.
- Answering and making inbound and outbound calls.
- Buying and maintaining products for purchase orders.
- Collaborating with various departments.
- Coordinating with shipping team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate purchase orders with record keeping.
- Expediting purchase orders.
- Price evaluations and updates.
- Record keeping and tracking of inbound and outbound orders.
Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service and or purchasing.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft desktop applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Written and verbal communication
- Phone etiquette and the ability to problem solve.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
