Mission:
The mission of the Office Administrator is providing excellent customer support to tenants and property owners at GM Property Solutions. The Office Administrator is responsible for making the customers first impression of GMPS an excellent one. This role works with the team to ensure customers are welcomed, responsive and excellent customer service is offered, properties are marketed, shown, and filled in a timely manner with qualified residents.
Outcomes:
- Reduce call waiting time on GM Property Solutions phone lines
- Improve customer service to property owners and tenants
- Market Properties within Fair market rent and provide showings to qualified applicants.
- Cross Trained & adequate in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and leasing
- Assist with any and all office/team needs
