Job Summary:
As the initial connection for prospective students aspiring to enhance their lives with Integrative Medicine education, the Admission Advisor engages with potential students through phone calls, emails, and appointments. They conduct transcript evaluations and guide students into suitable academic programs, all in accordance with Quantum University’s vision and mission.
Duties:
- Contact prospective students by phone and email;
- Determine and advise students on the degree program that best supports their educational background and natural medicine career goals;
- Evaluate education background and transcripts in relation to assigning a degree program curriculum;
- Attentively respond to students on multiple platforms including, but not limited to phone, email, and online chat;
- Interact with team members and management in a supportive, collaborative manner;
- Conduct virtual course tours for students;
- Build rapport and reinforce student expectations;
- Seek information to understand situations, needs, and desired potential benefits; leverage supportive factors, overcomes or minimizes barriers, and address the unique needs of prospective students;
- Maintain a high level of customer service and student retention;
- Maintain a highly motivated, pleasant, and professional attitude, supporting a team-oriented work environment;
- Become familiar with and clearly understand each program and credential offered and associated job titles;
- Take part in creating, writing, and editing advertisements, emails, blogs, brochures, and websites;
- Continuously evaluate the efficacy of the sales process, adapting strategies in accordance with evolving sales patterns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead call history within Salesforce, ensuring all interactions are properly documented for reference and analysis.
- Utilize Salesforce reporting tools to generate insights and monitor sales progression, ensuring a consistent pace and identifying areas for optimization in the admissions process.
- Represent the University at public events, including student events and career fairs.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
