Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team in our Fryer and Oven Stations.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times
- work with the team to keep ticket times down .
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting
- Proficiency with kitchen tools including knives and other equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management
