Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models, with a focus on GM vehicles
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems
- Conduct tire services, including mounting, balancing, and rotation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
- Suspend and transmit vehicle data for analysis and troubleshooting
Skills:
- Proven experience as a service technician in an automotive repair shop
- Proficient in using hand tools and specialized equipment for automotive repairs
- Strong knowledge of GM vehicles and their specific diagnostic procedures
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs
- Familiarity with ADAS technology and its integration into modern vehicles
- Ability to perform tire services, including mounting, balancing, and rotation
- Solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency in working with automotive electrical systems
