We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality meals to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and portion control guidelines
- Cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment
Skills:
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques
