Job Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist at our Optometric Office, you will be an integral part of our administrative team, providing essential support in maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the office, directing them to the appropriate areas and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or route calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage patient inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Input new patient information accurately into our electronic health records (EHR) system.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork to maintain a tidy and efficient office environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.30 - $25.90 per hour
