Dynamic and innovative real estate office committed to revolutionizing the real estate lead management, referral and investment process is looking for an ambitious, proactive and creative Real Estate Market Professional to partner with us in Miami-Dade County.
As a key part of our market strategy, the Real Estate Leader will be responsible leveraging a consistent flow of high-quality leads to drive the purchase of targeted real estate assets and securing listing opportunities and working with our partner investment firms to market our deals.
This role will enjoy a unique compensation structure that is significantly more lucrative than the traditional real estate brokerage commission-based split. A real estate license is required for this role. The role will also require frequent driving throughout Miami-Dade county.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist internal customers in analyzing, targeting and purchasing target real estate
· Assist internal customers in marketing and selling company owned real estate through multiple channels
· Presenting clients with proposals for options to consider for selling their real estate
· Helping clients determine the value of the property they want to sell
· Preparing market analysis statistics
· Providing advice to help sellers stage property so that it will appeal to buyers
· Promoting listed property to other Realtors and potential buyers
· Educating sellers about disclosure agreements
· Negotiating contracts with buyers and/or agents acting on their behalf
· Verifying that appropriate facts about the property are disclosed to clients
· Coordinating various aspects of the closing process on behalf of clients

Qualifications:
· Active Florida Real Estate License
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required
· Proven experience in a real estate environment
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
