We are seeking a driven individual to become a Sales Inspector, Consultant for our growing company in the Chimney, Masonry, Residential and Commercial Services industry!

ABOUT: You will consult with prospective customers through leads, inspect, identify and create proposals to address needs and value-added services options. Our core business is fireplace, chimney, and masonry projects that we build, install and remodel to create beautiful fireplaces, chimneys and facades to the interior and exterior of clients homes and buildings in and around Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and Oklahoma City. We call our sales team members Educators.
Our selling educators will be trained in technical aspects of services as well as customer service, team building, selling techniques and process. You will attend recurring training sessions, during your start (first 4 to 6 weeks) to learn, grow and keep up to date. Our investment in your success will be ongoing as we build a mutual partnership. You will also be expected to learn and earn industry certifications as you grow.

Pay is weekly through direct deposit with Paid Training and a Weekly Minimum/ Commission Based Pay. We also offer Health Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Time Off, and Holidays!
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Driver License with a clean driving record (MVR)
- No criminal background
- Good with Technology and handheld devices (iPad, phone etc)
- Comfortable on Roofs (You will learn how to use a harness and rope safety system)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other relatedfields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients, team members, prospective customers and more
- Strong negotiation skills
- Timely and Reliable
