TYPE/SCHEDULE
Position is full time or potentially three-quarter time, flexibility on hours and schedule, available to start as soon as reasonably possible. To ensure performance goals and a cultural fit, it begins with a 3-month contract. However, the spirit of this agreement is to grow toward a long-term working relationship for both parties.
Brickhouse office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30, so the expectation is that at least some if not all of the candidate’s time would be spent in our office in downtown Bozeman. At this time, all remote would not be appealing for us.
REPORTS TO
Principal (reviews, hiring and firing).
TASKS
Primary duty will be to concept, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns and communications for a broad range of clients. This includes producing digital marketing reports for clients, with analysis, recommendations based on Google Analytics, A/B testing, and communicating that data to clients.
Other duties include managing client website projects, research, social media marketing, creating design orders, managing print projects, sourcing images, copywriting, gathering and organizing client-supplied content, design proofing, etc.
An important part of the job is strategic collaboration with the entire BHC team, and working directly and indirectly with clients and creative outsources to ensure a timely, high-quality final product.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for this position must be:
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a solid understanding of marketing and strategic communications in general.
Experienced in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other related digital marketing tools and platforms.
Experienced in social media marketing and/or very familiar withMeta (Facebook and Instagram), and other popular social media platforms.
Organized, very familiar with Google Docs, Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel), a good typist, a solid writer, good at numbers and general analysis of information, and most of all an excellent communicator.
Interested in design and how things look, how graphics relate to marketing and sales, and has a desire to be a part of a team creating effective and compelling marketing for a range of local and national businesses.
Self-motivated, hardworking, have an engaging personality, and be excited to be part of a uniquely fun-but-dedicated small agency environment.
Able to juggle and move seamlessly between multiple ongoing projects and priorities.
Willing to do whatever is needed to forward the company’s goals, from answering phones to creating content — all with a smile on their face.
It would be a plus if the candidate was:
Familiarity with working one or more website content management systems such as Squarespace, Wordpress, and/or Drupal.
Experienced in or has an interest or knowledge of web programming, coding, and development.
Certified in Google Analytics and/or other digital marketing certifications.
Experienced in the any of the Adobe Cloud design programs (primarily Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
WAGE
Starting salary depends on experience and full time or three-quarter, but loosely in the range of ±$40,000 per year. We do not offer group health insurance. We do offer flexible schedules and other creative work plans for the ideal candidate.
