Re-Bath is the leading bathroom remodeling company in central Illinois. We are looking for the right person to join our dedicated team of professionals as a full-time customer service representative. The qualified candidate will perform a variety of duties ranging from lead generation to clerical work while specializing in providing energetic and friendly customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationships: greet clients in the showroom, answer phones, qualify and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Sales Support: prepare and maintain sales materials and contracts for Designers, assist with maintaining sales schedule.
- Assist the Operations team with rehash and outbound calling to past appointments.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service with an emphasis on phone skills – this is the biggest part of the job, and you need to excel at it.
- Attention to detail with outstanding organizational skills.
- Efficient PC and data entry skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a tight team environment.
- The desire to put customers first at all times!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
