Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires experience in events management, cash handling, and public speaking. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Assist with event management, including setting up and organizing events
- Provide information about menu items, promotions, and special offers
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred
- Experience in events management is a plus
- Cash handling experience is required
- Public speaking skills are beneficial
- Experience working with children is an advantage
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated accordingly.
