RN NECESSARY.
This position will have you float to communities and administer Training and Quality as well as Improvement Assignments. This role is one step from a True Regional role, and this is the role they promote from within.

If you have had experience as a RN AS A Resident Care Specialist with more than one building and have the ability to travel, within MA and another 2 New England states, thus the overnights are vital, read on. This role does get involved with three states.
