Job description
We are an upscale brain-health, wellness, and optimization center/clinic providing personalized training programs to enhance brain health, cognitive fitness, and peak performance. We are a boutique practice, and our clients include professionals and VIPs. We are looking for a bright, dedicated, consciousness individual who is presentable and has great communication and organization skills to assist with interaction with clients, admin process and management of the office’s day to day activities.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties (face to face with clients, scheduling, filing paperwork, answering emails and calls)
- Working directly with clients, setting up assessment and treatment rooms, recording progress of symptoms
- General assistance with the day to day clinic activities
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, google analytics a plus!
- Knowledge & interest in wellbeing, mental health, and/or experience working with children a plus!
Qualifications:
- Previous office administration/receptionist experience
- Able to work in-person on the UWS
- Available 30-40hrs per week
- Available to work Tuesday-Saturday. Hours vary by office need but typically 10am-6pm Tuesday- Friday and 8:30am-2pm on Saturday.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Experience:
- Office Admin/Receptionist or similar experience : 1 year (Required)
