Jill Platner is a luxury brand that produces jewelry and sculpture of the highest quality by utilizing artisan methods, tools and materials. Each piece Jill designs is hand-crafted by an exceptionally skilled team of in-house artists and technicians. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team as a full-time retail associate. This position has lots of growth potential.
Responsibilities:
● Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional customer service
● Provide exceptional customer service
● Develop extensive knowledge of merchandise as well as brand culture, and company history
● Apply and maintain the brand's procedures and policies at all times
● Regularly work with the team on company projects
● Manage inventory online and in-store
● Maintain timely fulfillment of retail and online orders
● Field general inquiries
● Help with light cleaning duties to keep the store looking great
Desired skills and experience:
● Minimum 2-3 years in retail/customer service experience, preferably for a luxury brand with genuine interest in art, fashion, and the jewelry industry.
● Strong communication and organization skills
● As we are a small team, dependability is a must
● Tech savvy with POS experience; Shopify a plus
● Small business experience a plus
Pay will be commensurate with experience. Must be able to work holidays and weekends
