We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement and product-related questions
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Perform outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database
-Obtain Property/Casualty insurance license within 60 days (Company Paid)
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficient in data entry to accurately record customer information
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is beneficial
