```Duties```
- Supervise and manage the dietary department, ensuring the provision of high-quality meals and nutrition services to residents
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess residents' dietary needs and develop individualized care plans
- Oversee the implementation of care plans, including special diets, tube feeding, and other dietary interventions
- Provide health coaching and education to residents and their families on proper nutrition and dietary practices
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and dietitians, to ensure coordinated care for residents
- Monitor food service operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dietary services
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare or assisted living setting
- Strong knowledge of physiology and nutrition principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement care plans based on individual needs
- Familiarity with tube feeding protocols and procedures
- Knowledge of health coaching techniques and practices
